Seven-year written warranty
All Ultraglaze operators offer our standard 7-year Limited Operator Warranty, in writing.
What's covered
This is a Limited Operator Warranty: it is offered, and honoured, by the operator who provided the service. It protects you from a failure of adhesion only, caused by workmanship or faulty product.
What's not covered
The warranty does not cover impact damage, abuse or misuse. Failure of adhesion caused by misuse is not covered either. This results from water being left on the surface for long periods, most commonly water trapped under rubber anti-slip mats or under shampoo bottles left on the surface, or from dripping taps.
Looking after your resurfaced surface
It is very important that the resurfaced item has the opportunity to dry out completely when not in use.
Accidental damage
Damage to the surface resulting from accident or misuse can be repaired by your local operator at a reasonable cost. We suggest you discuss the warranty with your local operator before work begins.
